How does our NGO future look like?

2025 Looking Forward, as a sign of our growth, transition to tackle even more tougher and intense social challenges affecting The Breadwinner, the dependent, The Unemployed and The Youth demonstrate our commitment to celebrate 20 years Milestone of Community Health, Social Welfare and Care Service Support in both urban and rural township communities in the Free State Province.

Our NGO Objectives:
  • 1. Build the NGO synergies in the social health care service value chain
  • 2. Upscale the current service operation of the NGO
  • 3. Enable the NGO’s ability to experience growth, from area based NGO to provincial-based NGO.
  • 4. Enable the NGO to grow its youth staff potential in community care service.
  • 5. Transcend the current NGO Financial limitations through traditional fundraising activities, corporate outreach, corporate social responsibility finance, which includes growing sustainable revenue streams through mechanisms such as Triple Bottom line offsets.
  • 6. Develop corporate partnerships-finding the intersection between a corporate philanthropy objective and the work a non-profit can carry out locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • 7. Translate social service programs into an investment product such that a sophisticated funder can look at it and see what the ROI will be-how what they contribute will result in a quantitative impact.
Our 2025 Program of Action

In 2025 we deliberately launch and introduce our breakthrough initiative, Naval Hills Heart. Celebrates years of Consummate Community Care Leadership. Caring is not a paintbrush. Caring is priceless!
After 19 years, the NGO, is now armed with the experience, wisdom, tenacity and another long-term vision, determined to positively look ahead and project to its future three years’ trajectory (2025-2027), which holds Tshidisanang evolutionary and robust plan. The plan presents a dynamic future horizon for Tshidisanang that is (i) Independently Future Proofed; (ii) Reminiscent; (iii) Consistent; (iv) Innovative; (v) Resonates; (vi) and remains an empathetic leader to the core in community care.
Naval Hill’s Heart begins with the launch of a book and community care excellence awards. While the book selflessly educates, advises, and guides our peers in our sector, NGO’s and NPO’s; the community care excellence awards, in the spirit of inspiration to our peers in our sector, NGO’s and NPO’s, we directly connect with them through the Community Care Awards, the annual Naval Hills Heart Excellence Award Ceremony, focused in Community Care Excellence. The aim is to recognize the contributions of individuals who have demonstrated exemplary service and commitment in delivering quality care as well as project teams that have embarked on outstanding quality improvement projects within the Community Care sector.
There is no doubt in our mind as Tshidisanang, the Naval Hills Heart Excellence Award Ceremony feature perfectly and practically demonstrate and manifest the substance advocated by the book, Naval Hills Heart. Two deliberate and impeccable services, which resonate the current needs of Mangaung community, free, state province and south Africa broadly. Hence makes the NGO’s and NPO’s relevant to the core in community social care.
This consistency of Tshidisanang, demonstrate the NGO relentless commitment to service its inheritance. Standing shoulder to shoulder, living and working together with Mangaung Community, in true spirit, “Naval Hill’s Heart”.
